Preschool Class for 2nd year of ECCE

Class Time: 9am to 12noon and 9.15am to 12.15pm (subject to classroom attending)

Our morning class is for children doing their 2nd year of ECCE. This class is age appropriate and is part of their preparation for National School. Our curriculum includes the following:

• Letter of the week
• Art
• Irish
• Physical Exercise
• Relaxation
• Outdoor/Indoor Play

Added to the above, at the end of this year, our goal is for the children to have achieved the following:

• Pencil grip
• Scissors skills
• Self help skills
• Understand basic instructions
• Good social skills
• Good self esteem
• Positive behaviour
